Timeline navigation

Instructions:
- Use Tab key to navigate to the timeline events
- Use the space bar to start moving an event
- Use the arrow keys to move the event
- Use the space bar to stop moving the event
- Use the shift-Enter key to edit the event text
- Use the enter key again to save the event text
